中文摘要:实验以8年生‘藤稔’葡萄为实验材料,研究了用5组含氮量分别为240-80-240、180-60-180、120-40-120、60-30-60和30-10-30 mg/L的霍格兰氏(Hoagland’s)营养液供给肥水对不同生育期(萌芽期-转色期、转色期-成熟期、成熟期-萌芽期)‘藤稔’葡萄树体生长和果实品质的影响。结果表明,处理1 (N:240-80-240 mg/L)的叶绿素含量最高,新梢长度最长,但果实品质较差;处理3 (N:120-40-120 mg/L)的可溶性固形物含量最高(18.17%),果皮花色苷含量积累较多,果实糖酸比最高,果实品质最优。上述结果为‘藤稔’葡萄的设施栽培水肥一体化管理提供了实验依据。

Effect of different Hoagland solution concentrations on vine growth and fruit development of ‘Fujiminori’ grapevine
Abstract:Experiments were conducted with 8-year-old ‘Fujiminori’ grape vines to investigate the effect of the concentration of Hoagland (calculated by nitrogen standard,the nitrogen contents were 240-80-240,180-60-180,120-40-120,60-30-60 and 30-10-30 mg/L,respectively) at different growth and development periods (germination-véraison,véraison-maturity,maturity-germination) on vine growth and berry quality.The research found that both the shoot length and leaf chlorophyll content under treatment 1 (N:240-80-240 mg/L) exhibited the highest level,but the content of soluble solids was not as high as treatment 3 (N:120-40-120 mg/L).Treatment 3 had the highest content of soluble solids (up to 18.17%),accumulated greater anthocyanin,and the berry’s sugar-acid ratio was the highest,which resulted in better berry quality than other treatments.The above results can be used as a reference for water and fertilizer integration management of ‘Fujiminori’ grape cultivation.
